Website and applications
This website provides general information about Aurelis NYC. An application, inquiry, consultation, or complimentary network submission is not a paid service contract and does not guarantee acceptance, membership, an introduction, or any romantic outcome. Aurelis may accept, decline, or waitlist an applicant in its reasonable discretion, subject to applicable law.
Eligibility and truthful information
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement. You agree to provide accurate, current information and not to impersonate another person, misrepresent your relationship status, harass others, solicit money, or use Aurelis for an unlawful or unsafe purpose.
Screening and personal safety
Aurelis may review identity, intentions, professional or public information, references, and conduct. “Screened,” “reviewed,” or “vetted” does not mean that Aurelis has performed a comprehensive criminal, financial, medical, or psychological background check, and it is not a guarantee of identity, character, safety, compatibility, or future conduct. Members remain responsible for their own judgment, meetings, transportation, safety, and decisions.
Introductions and consent
An introduction is considered only when both people express interest. Aurelis will not intentionally disclose direct contact information, photographs, questionnaire responses, or other private application material to a prospective match without appropriate authorization. You may withdraw from a proposed introduction before contact information is exchanged.
Paid services
No paid membership begins through this website. Any paid engagement requires a separate written agreement describing the seller, fees, term, service area, number or cadence of referrals where required, cancellation and refund rights, privacy treatment, hold rights, relocation policy, and other legally required terms. The signed client agreement controls the paid engagement.
New York consumer rights
Paid dating and matchmaking services may be subject to New York General Business Law § 394-c. Before any paid engagement, purchasers will receive the legally required written contract, cancellation notice, and Dating Service Consumer Bill of Rights. No outcome guarantee
Chemistry, compatibility, availability, a particular number of dates, exclusivity, a relationship, or marriage cannot be guaranteed. Any specific service commitment will appear only in the signed client agreement. Testimonials, if used, describe individual experiences and do not promise similar results.
Confidentiality and acceptable use
You may not record, publish, distribute, sell, misuse, or use for solicitation any confidential information, image, or contact detail received through Aurelis. The Aurelis name, content, design, and branding may not be copied or used without written permission.
