Informational summary · Effective August 12, 2026
Written agreement
Paid Aurelis services begin only after both parties sign a written client agreement. The agreement will identify the seller, fees, duration, service commitments, service area, privacy terms, cancellation rights, and any other terms required by applicable law.
Three-day cancellation
New York law generally gives a purchaser the right to cancel a social referral service contract without a cancellation fee within three business days after receiving the written contract. The signed agreement will include the required cancellation statement, deadline, address or email, and detachable or electronic notice.
Service and refund terms
Where required by law, the agreement will state a specific number of referrals per month and explain cancellation and refund rights if that commitment is not furnished for two successive months. Any permitted cancellation fee and its calculation will be stated in the agreement and statutory notice.
Privacy and records
Personal or private information acquired from a purchaser will not be sold, assigned, or transferred without prior written consent, except as permitted or required by law. At the end of services, private materials will be returned, destroyed, or deleted with certification when required by law.
Hold and relocation rights
The paid-service agreement will describe the purchaser's statutory right to place membership on hold and Aurelis's policy if the purchaser permanently moves outside the service area. It will also state the distance the purchaser is willing to travel when required.
Ancillary services
A purchaser will not be required to buy a related ancillary service—such as photography, grooming, image consultation, or dating coaching—as a condition of entering a social referral service contract.
