Information we collect
We collect information you submit, including name, email, telephone number, age, location, profession, social profile, availability, relationship goals, desired-match preferences, lifestyle information, application answers, communications, and feedback. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account details, medical records, or information you do not have authority to share.
How we use information
We use information to review applicants, communicate with you, conduct screening, assess potential alignment, obtain mutual interest, arrange introductions, provide contracted services, maintain security and business records, prevent fraud or misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Introductions and sharing
We do not create public profiles or sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers acting for us, professional advisers, or authorities when legally required. Information intended for a potential introduction is shared only for that purpose and with appropriate authorization. Direct contact details are not exchanged until both people agree to the introduction.
Screening sources
To protect members and evaluate applications, we may review information you provide, references you authorize, publicly available professional or social information, and lawful third-party screening information. Screening is limited and cannot guarantee another person's identity, character, safety, or future conduct.
Retention and deletion
Application information is retained only while reasonably necessary to evaluate participation, operate the private network, provide services, resolve disputes, or comply with law. Paid-client information is handled according to the signed agreement and applicable New York requirements, including deletion or destruction at the end of services when required. You may request deletion, but legal or security obligations may require limited retention.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and encrypt application submissions in transit. No storage or transmission system is completely secure. Do not send highly sensitive financial, identity, health, or password information through the application form or ordinary email.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, withdrawal from the complimentary network, or deletion of information you provided. You may also withdraw consent to a proposed introduction before information is exchanged. Send requests from the email address associated with your application to rahul@vppromotion.com.
Adults only
Aurelis is for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect applications from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us so it can be removed.
